We’re looking for someone exceptional to join Lineage for 3 to 6 months, starting ASAP (latest October), with the potential to stay full time. Lineage backs the next generation of entrepreneurs buying and building great small businesses across Europe. The search fund model means a lot of deal exposure: different countries, industries, entrepreneurs and transactions, often at the same time. You’ll work directly with the Partners and take real ownership from day one. What you’ll do: • Invest: Work on live deals end to end: modelling, market work, references, investment memos and IC. Build your own view and defend it. • Select: Help find and build relationships with the best emerging searchers across Europe. • Support: Work alongside our entrepreneurs before and after acquisition on the problems that actually matter. • Build: Help us build Lineage itself, from proprietary data and AI native tools to the infrastructure behind our growing European platform. You’ll see more companies, deals and entrepreneurs in a few months than in many traditional investing roles, including joining us for on site visits to companies across Europe. ⏱ 3 to 6 months | Start ASAP, latest October | Potential full time offer

Who we’re looking for • Prior experience in PE, investment banking, consulting or meaningful deal exposure • Ideally some full-time work experience • AI native: Hands on with the latest AI tools and excited to experiment, automate and build. • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills • High ownership, low ego and intellectually curious • Genuine interest in investing and entrepreneurship • Fluent English • Existing right to work in Germany
